Peel and core apples, then cut them into round slices. Break eggs into a bowl and beat them with a mixer, gradually adding sifted flour alternating with wine. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Heat the fat on in a pan, dip apples apple slices in the batter and brown on them in the pan. Arrange the fritters on a placeplate, dust with powdered sugar.
