Changes

The knife, fork, goblet and dumpling suggest that the award must have had something to do with eating and drinking. But who whom and what for what was it awarded to? Who gave this award away and why? Where did the idea and the name for this decoration come from in the first place? And why is there a bison's head in the design? These are the questions I will try to answer in the post.
