Remove all bones from Divide the cod and divide into small pieces, removing all the bones. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Mix the fish and the carrots together with mayonnaise and sprinkle with lemon juice. Decorate with parsley leaves. If you really wish to make an impression, you can add some real tinned lobster or crab meat. Even without it, no one will be any wiser as the dish will be just as pink as genuine lobster meat and equally tasty, while not as fattening. This cheap, yet elegant and tasty appetizer is the speciality of the house of Prof. Tadeusz Gronowski, who is not only a famous graphic artist, but also a knight of the Order of Pomiane (an award for gourmets).
